Reservation And Cancellation Policies

Rates are for up to two persons in a one bedroom suite and four persons in a 2 bedroom unit. A daily charge for one extra person is US$50. A maximum 4 persons in all units is permitted.

A 10% government tax and 10% service charge (in lieu of gratuities) and a government levy of US$1 per person, per night are included in the price quoted, unless otherwise noted.

Children under 12 welcome free of charge in shared accommodation.

Credit Card details are required for confirmed booking.  Visa and MasterCard are accepted, sorry we do not accept American Express.

To secure your reservation we do require a valid Visa or Master Card. Your card will not be processed for a deposit, however it will be processed upon arrival for your total stay. Cancellations should be received in written 30 days or more prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will incur a 25% charge of room nights book. NO SHOWS(less than 24 hours notice) will incur full cost of room nights book.

No pets allowed, however certified Service Animals are accepted on a request basis. All suites and units are NON-SMOKING.
